Local brokers business adopts slick new look and feel
We’ve got a new look after launching several new services and consulting with clients and customers.
West Craven’s Managing Director, Ian Clarkson, said: “We’ve had the same logo and corporate colours since we started in 1993 and we just felt that we’ve moved on as a business and that our clients have different expectations now.
“We’re delighted with the new branding, we have new workwear, a new look to our website, new stationery and the shop front in Earby has had a facelift,” added Ian.
“I took some convincing, but I have to say that the change looks great. Everybody in the area knows we have great heritage, but the new brand gives us a modern, relevant look too.”
Lisa Parker, director of the business added: “The new brand features a cool grey and yellow and we think it looks excellent. It’s more in keeping with what people might experience online, but also conveys a friendly, but professional image.
“We have to be able to cover several bases with the look and feel of our brand, as our business has to appeal to a broad cross section of people, we provide personal insurances to a wide range of commercial insurances – plus we are developing our agricultural offering too,” added Lisa.
Jacqueline Jordan from Pendle marketing business, Brandspankin’, conceived the new brand, working alongside graphic designer, Jennifer Thakray, from James Alpe.
Jacqueline said: “West Craven Insurance Services is an excellent local business that demonstrates a huge commitment to our area, so it’s a pleasure to work alongside them. They were very open minded and went along with our ideas about how to spruce up their brand whilst retaining a look that referenced their original corporate identity.
“I think the outcome is great and will help them to be front of mind when local residents or businesses are considering their insurance needs.”
